8-Day Golden Triangle Tour Including Ranthambhore

Day 1 : Arrival in Delhi

The tour commences with pick-up from the airport or railway station or where ever you are in Delhi/ Gurgaon. After checking into your chosen hotel you will begin with the sightseeing tour of the capital. Visit UNESCO Heritage sites, such as Humayun's Tomb, Qutab Minar and Red Fort. You can also visit places such as Parliament House, India Gate, Raj Ghat etc. Delhi tour cannot be complete without visit to popular eating joints, so whatever is your choice of food, you can opt for an eating place in accordance to you wish.

Day 2 : Delhi sightseeing

Today again you will proceed for a sightseeing tour. Visit places like Lotus Temple, Madame Tussaud's Museum, Raj Ghat and Akshardham Temple. You can also do some shopping. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Delhi.

Day 3 : Delhi to Jaipur

In the morning the driver will take you in a prepaid vehicle to Jaipur. The journey takes around 4 depending on traffic and road condition. Once you reach Jaipur, check into a premier heritage property in order to have real feel of Rajasthani opulence and hospitality. There are several tourist places to see in Jaipur such as Hawa Mahal, Jaigarh Fort, Jawahar Circle, etc. Jaipur offers exquisite shopping of gemstones and jewelry. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Jaipur.

Day 4 : Jaipur Sightseeing

In the morning leave for Jaipur city sightseeing tour. Visit Amer Fort which offers bird eye view of entire city. If ancient history and artifacts draw you attention you must visit the Albert Hall Museum. Then there is City Palace which is a huge palace complex established by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh 2 of Jaipur. You can also visit local bazaars for shopping of tie and dye fabric, gemstones, marble artifacts, etc. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Jaipur.

Day 5 : Jaipur to Ranthambore

In the morning the drive will transfer you to Ranthambore in a prepaid taxi. The journey takes less than 4 hours and before you know you will be in Ranthambore On reaching Ranthambore the tour representative will help you check into your chosen hotel. Ranthambore is a huge sought tiger reserve. You can go for evening jeep safari which takes around 3 to 4 hours. The safari offers you an opportunity to see the best spots in the jungle. You must carry some light snack and bottled water. If you are lucky you will get to see the Great Indian Tiger. After the safari, you will be taken back to the hotel. Day 6 : Ranthambore to Agra

Early in the morning you can again go for safari tour of the game reserve. Once you are done, you will return back to your hotel. The driver will transfer you in an A/C taxi to Agra. It approximately takes around 5 hours to reach Agra as per road and traffic conditions. On reaching Agra, the tour executive will help you check- in at your chosen property as per your budget. After a short rest period, you will proceed to view Taj Mahal. This brilliant monument was built by Mughal emperor Shahjahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Agra.

Day 7 : Agra Sightseeing

In the morning you will visit Agra Fort. This brilliant red and pink sandstone fort is spread across an area of almost 94acres. You will see glimpses of both Hindu and Islamic architecture here. Another superb tourist place in Agra is Mehtab Bagh. You must also visit Tomb of Itimad –ud Daulah. Some people even go in for night viewing of Taj. But this is only possible 5 days in a month. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Agra.

Day 8 : Agra / Delhi (200 Kms / 3 Hrs)

Check out from the hotel and leave for Delhi in a prepaid vehicle. On reaching Delhi you will have a quick meal in any of the eating places near the airport. Later on, the tour representative will transfer you to the airport so that you catch flight for your onward destination. This marks end of Golden Traingle tour with Ranthambore.
